Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Shed Solutions LLC website at shedsolutionsva.com, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Shed Solutions LLC ("Shed Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

Products and Services

Shed Solutions LLC designs, builds, and delivers custom portable structures including storage sheds, studios, log cabins, and tiny home shells. All products are custom-built to order based on the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Product availability, pricing, lead times, and available options are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated at the time of quote. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase and is subject to the specific options, size, and features selected.

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of your purchase or financing agreement. Shed Solutions LLC offers in-house rent-to-own financing options. All financing terms are provided separately and are subject to the specific agreement executed between the customer and Shed Solutions LLC.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in repossession of the building and/or additional fees as outlined in your financing agreement.

Delivery

Shed Solutions LLC offers free delivery within 80 miles of our Dayton, VA location. Delivery beyond that radius may be available for an additional fee. All buildings are delivered fully assembled.

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring a clear and accessible path to the delivery site
• Confirming that the placement location is suitable, level, and legally permissible
• Obtaining any required permits or approvals before delivery
• Ensuring the site is ready on the scheduled delivery date

Shed Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, or other property that may occur during delivery. Delivery dates are estimated and may be affected by weather, production schedules, or other factors outside our control.

Warranty

All buildings include a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond normal use
• Modifications made by the customer or third parties after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues resulting from improper site preparation or placement

Log cabins include a 5-year workmanship warranty as outlined at the time of sale. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Shed Solutions LLC within the warranty period.

Permits, Zoning, and Compliance

It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable local, county, and state regulations, including but not limited to zoning laws, building permits, HOA restrictions, and setback requirements before placing an order or accepting delivery.

Shed Solutions LLC does not provide legal, zoning, or permitting advice. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, required removal, or other consequences resulting from a customer's failure to obtain required permits or comply with local regulations.

Cancellations and Returns

Because all buildings are custom-built to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation request.

If a building has a documented defect covered under warranty, Shed Solutions LLC will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion. Returns of delivered buildings are not accepted outside of warranty claims.

Use of Website and 3D Builder

You may use our website and 3D building configurator tool for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the site without permission

The 3D building configurator is provided as a visualization tool only. Dimensions, colors, and features shown in the 3D configurator are approximations. Final product specifications are determined by your written order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the 3D builder interface, is the property of Shed Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shed Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as specifically stated in our product warranty. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
